How to care for your menstrual panties?
However, they can wear out over time, like any other underwear. It is therefore important to take care of them so they can accompany you for as long as possible.

1. To get started
We recommend washing your underwear before wearing it for the first time!
After use, it is important to rinse it in cold water, without stain remover or harsh products. Indeed, blood is an organic material, and if you use hot water, it may cook and set into the fabric.
Rinse until the water runs clear.

2. Choose your detergent
To wash your menstrual panties without damaging them and to keep them for several years, we recommend using a regular detergent. Avoid using detergents that are too greasy with Marseille or Aleppo soap (we love them but not on our panties!) or those containing glycerin, as these ingredients reduce the absorbency of the materials!
Also avoid bleach, white vinegar, or washing soda as they damage the technical fabric. However, for stubborn stains, you can occasionally use a little baking soda.

3. Wash your panties
If you choose to wash your panties by hand, do so with cold water. Be sure to wring out the panties well so they dry faster! We still recommend doing a machine wash at the end of the cycle for a deep clean.
If you prefer a machine wash, select a cold or maximum 30°C program with the rest of your laundry, using a laundry bag, without fabric softener or conditioner. Then, let your panties air dry naturally.

4. Air dry
Our seamless panties are heat-bonded and sensitive to heat. It is therefore important to wash your panties in cold water or at a maximum of 30°C! If you wash your panties by hand, also be sure to carefully check the water temperature. To dry your panties, avoid using a tumble dryer or radiator at all costs and let them air dry.
