Chaque femme a un flux différent et celui-ci peut évoluer selon les cycles, l'âge, le moyen de contraception, le sport pratiqué ou encore l'alimentation.
Comme vous l'avez aussi sûrement remarqué, les pertes ne sont pas constantes : les 2ème et 3ème jours sont généralement plus abondants !
A savoir, la fréquence et la rapidité des pertes peuvent saturer la culotte plus vite que prévu. Donc pour les premiers jours de règles, optez pour un modèle pour flux abondant, et pour les milieux et fins de règles, un modèle pour flux moyen ou léger.
