Delivery

Delivery services

The products for sale on the site are delivered via the services of the Post Office, Mondial Relay, Chronopost and Delivengo depending on the option chosen by the customer at the time of validation of his order.

Delivery method

The Products are delivered to the customer's home or to any other address of his choice indicated in the delivery form when ordering and subject to being in a country to which Smoon delivers.

Shipping cost

Delivery costs are calculated at a flat rate based on the number of Products and the delivery address of each Order, and this automatically includes postage and packaging. The amount of the delivery costs is indicated in the Order basket, in the Order summary and on the invoice.

delivery time

The shipping time of the order is indicated by email to the customer in the order confirmation email. This time is an estimate, an order tracking email is sent to the customer by Smoon as soon as the actual shipping date is known. Exceeding a delivery time may not give rise to any damages or withholding of any kind whatsoever, nor to the cancellation of Orders in progress when this overrun results either from the customer, or from the fact, unforeseeable and insurmountable , a third party to the contract, or a case of force majeure. In the event of a prolonged delay after sending the shipping confirmation email, the buyer must report this delay within a maximum of fifteen (15) days by sending an email to contact@smoon-lingerie.com

delivery status

The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the Product delivered, and to express any reservations on the carrier's delivery slip.

Non-receipt of the order

The customer is required to do what is necessary to receive his package. In case of non-delivery, the package will be returned by the carrier to Smoon. The refund of the Product(s) will be made as soon as possible. However, shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the customer benefited from free shipping, a deduction of €5 will be applied to the amount to be refunded to the customer.

In the case of delivery to a relay point, if the package is not collected within the time limit, a contribution to the shipping costs in the amount of €5 will be requested.

Right to retract

For any purchase made from a territory other than metropolitan France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg or the Netherlands, or during a fair, a trade show, a pop-up store or a market, the return costs will be borne by the Customer. The Customer may return the items ordered, to Smoon, at his own expense, accompanied by his withdrawal form, invoice or delivery note, to the following address: SMOON LINGERIE, 96 avenue de la République, 75011 PARIS.

Exchange

Maximum delay

You can make your exchange request within a maximum period of 30 days after the date of receipt of your order.

From mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

Return costs are offered. To do this, fill in the return form with your order number (5-digit number in the order confirmation email). All you have to do is select the item(s) concerned, specify the reasons for this return and the products you want in exchange. Then, you will receive an email with a link to download your Colissimo label. To return the products to us (unworn, unwashed), please follow the following steps:

1. Place the products in the original envelope (if not, choose an envelope or box of similar size)

2. Close the envelope carefully and stick the return label

3. Drop off your parcel at the post office, making sure to keep your proof of deposit.

Once the products have been returned, received and checked by our team, we will proceed with the exchange within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the products by Smoon, and subject to their eligibility.

From abroad

Returns are at your expense. To notify us of your return, fill in the return form and follow the instructions:

1. Place the product(s) in the original envelope (if not, choose an envelope or box of similar size)

2. Close the envelope carefully, postage the package and send it to the following address:

3. Drop off your parcel at the post office, making sure to keep your proof of deposit.

Once the products have been returned, received and checked by our team, we will proceed with the exchange within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the products by Smoon, and subject to their eligibility.

From Switzerland

For orders from Switzerland, only refunds are accepted.

Refund

From abroad

From Spain, Italy and Germany

Return costs are payable: €3.90 from Spain and Italy and €9 from Germany. To do this, complete the returns form with your order number (5-digit number in the order confirmation email). All that remains is to select the item(s) concerned, specify the reasons for this return and the products you wish to refund. After paying the return costs, you will receive an email with a link to download your Mondial Relay (Spain and Italy) or Colissimo (Germany) label. To return the products to us (unworn, unwashed), please follow the following steps:

1. Place the products in the original envelope (otherwise, choose an envelope or box of similar size)

2. Close the envelope carefully and attach the return label

3. Drop off your package at the post office, making sure to keep your proof of posting.

Once the products have been returned, received and checked by our team, we will reimburse you within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the products by Smoon, and subject to their eligibility.
