How many pairs of period underwear do I need for a cycle?

At least three, washing the pair worn during the day each evening. That's what this starter pack contains. To do less laundry, build your Blue Mood pack with as many pairs as you like.

Is this pack suitable for my flow?

Yes, if your period alternates between medium and heavy flow. If your flow remains medium throughout your cycle, the Blue Mood Medium Flow Discovery Duo is enough. If it remains heavy, choose the Blue Mood Heavy Flow Discovery Duo.

How do I choose my size?

All three pairs are the same size. Use your waist measurement as a guide, and if you're between sizes, choose the larger size. Exchanges for another size are free.

How do I care for them?

Rinse them in cold water after wearing, then wash at a maximum of 30°C without fabric softener. Air-dry them; never tumble-dry.
