How to wash and care for your special menstrual swimsuit?

• By machine or by hand.
• In cold or lukewarm water up to 30 °C.

The SMOON menstrual swimsuit can absorb between 15 and 20 ml. This absorption capacity corresponds to 2 regular tampons. In case of heavy flow, you can wear a menstrual cup or a tampon in addition to your women's menstrual swimsuit.

However, you cannot wear a sanitary pad or panty liner with your menstrual swimsuit: this would make the absorbent area of the crotch completely useless. Keep this in mind before swimming with your menstrual swimsuit in a pool.
