Swimming in a menstrual swimsuit

A menstrual swimsuit lets you swim with no tampon or cup. Smoon's absorb the equivalent of 4 tampons, for up to 12 hours, thanks to an absorbent brief section sealed with silicone anti-leak seals, and their fabrics are resistant to chlorine.

For training, choose a sporty cut: Naiades, designed for swimming, or Ourania, with a round back and a snug fit. The Cyrène swim boyshort suits more active water sports, such as surfing or paddleboarding. For teens: Brizo, designed for swimming, Uranie, with an open back, and the Cyané swim boyshort.

To stay leak-proof, the swimsuit must be very snug: take your measurements and follow the size guide. Rinse it in clear water after each session.
