How do I choose my size?

Use your waist measurement. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size. Exchanges for another size are free.

How do I care for them?

Rinse them in cold water after wearing, then wash at a maximum of 30 °C without fabric softener. Air-dry only; never tumble-dry.
