How it works
1.You order and test your product at home.
2.If you’re not satisfied, contact us and return the product(s) concerned.
Offer conditions
You can freely test your item within 60 days of receiving your order.
If your order includes several items, only one product per category (e.g. underwear, swimsuit, short…) can be refunded if it has been worn. The offer is therefore valid once per customer and per product category.
- All products, tested or untested, must be returned to us.
- Tested products must be clean and washed before being sent back.
- Untested products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Refunds are issued after verification of the product’s eligibility, within an average of 10 days.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
