What is accepted
- A product that has been worn and tested: that’s the whole point of the offer.
- Any request made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- A worn product refunded by type: panties, swimwear, or sportswear.
- You only return the items you want refunded. You keep the rest of your order.
What you need to know
- Tested products must be returned to us clean and washed.
- Untested products must be returned in their original packaging.
- The offer is valid once per customer and per product type.
- Return shipping costs remain your responsibility (€4.90 deducted from the refund).
- Refunds are issued after eligibility has been verified, usually within 10 days.

Before requesting a refund
Wrong size? Exchanges are free.
Most of the time, it’s simply a matter of size. In that case, there’s no need to request a refund—we’ll exchange your product, and the return won’t cost you anything.

Exchange, return, or refund?
Three options, three uses. Exchange if it’s a sizing issue, a standard return if the product hasn’t been worn, and our satisfaction-or-refund offer once you’ve tried it.

Your questions
Can I really wear the product before requesting a refund?
Yes, that’s the whole point of the offer. You can wear the panties, swimwear, or shorts, wash them, and use them during your period. They simply need to be returned to us clean and washed.
I ordered three pairs of period panties. Can I get a refund for all of them?
Only one pair of panties that has been worn can be refunded under the offer: one worn product per type.
You can keep the other two if they suit you. You only return the items you want to be refunded for, and if they have not been worn, they must be returned in their original packaging.
What if my order contains a pair of panties and a swimsuit?
These are two different types. You can therefore try both and get a refund for one product of each type.
How does a pack work?
A pack follows the same rule: one worn product is refunded by type. You keep the rest of the pack if it suits you.
Do I have to return my entire order?
No. You only return the product or products you want to be refunded for. Anything you wish to keep stays with you; the offer does not require you to return anything else.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Under the money-back guarantee, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, returns are free for a simple size exchange.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We first check whether the products received are eligible, then the refund is issued within an average of 10 days to the payment method used for the order.
I’d prefer an exchange rather than a refund. Is that possible?
Yes, and it is often the best option when it is simply a matter of size: exchanges are free, and you won’t have to pay for return shipping.
You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product, provided it has not been worn or washed. Request an exchange.
