Artémis is suitable if you change your protection every three hours or more often. For a medium flow, the Blue Mood Medium-Flow Discovery Duo, featuring Séléné, is sufficient. For a very heavy flow, Hécate is the most absorbent in our range, with the equivalent of 6 tampons.

How long can you wear an Artémis panty?

Up to 12 hours depending on your flow, including overnight.

How do you choose your size?

Use your waist measurement. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size. Exchanges for another size are free.

How do you care for it?

Rinse it in cold water after wearing, then wash at a maximum of 30 °C without fabric softener. Air-dry only; never tumble-dry.
