At least three, washing the one you wore that day every evening. That's what's included in this starter pack.

Is this pack right for my flow?

Yes, if your period alternates between medium and heavy flow. If your flow stays medium throughout your cycle, choose Séléné Tulle, with the Medium Flow Tulle Discovery Duo. If it stays heavy, choose Artémis Tulle, with the Heavy Flow Tulle Discovery Duo.

How do I choose my size?

All three panties are the same size. Use your waist measurement as a guide, and if you're between sizes, size up. Exchanges for a different size are free.

How should I care for them?

Rinse them in cold water until the water runs clear, then wash them at a maximum of 30°C without fabric softener. Air-dry, never tumble-dry.
