Jai commandé le pack flu abdondant et tres abondant et j'ai fais une erreur sur la taille. Le service client m'a de suite créer une demande de retour. Le retour a ete fait en point de collecte durant la semaine et me précisant que le nécessaire pour l'échange allait être fait dans le meme temps.
Depuis je n'ai plus aucun retour.
J'attends depuis bientôt 2 semaines un retour du service client en vain. Il n'y a rien d'indiquer sur mon retour sur mon compte.
Je suis excédée et déçue de la situation. C'est inadmissible d'attendre 15 jours pour un suivi. SAV déplorable.
