Also, we recommend that you go with the size you are used to wearing. Indeed, it is important that the absorbent area is well adjusted to accompany all your movements and thus avoid leaks.

Composition & entretien
- To begin with, we recommend you washing your menstrual underwear before you wear them for the first time ! And after each use, rinse them in cold water.
- To wash them, you can choose to hand wash them or machin wash them at 30°C maximum.
- Then air dry your menstrual underwear !

Selene is worn without other hygienic protections. Very absorbent, these invisible menstrual underwear are able to retain a quantity of blood equivalent to 2 conventional tampons. It must then be removed, rinsed and washed. To be sure that your Selene follows you throughout your next 65 cycles, follow our care advice: rinsing with water, washing with a mild but not greasy soap, drying in the open air.
