How many pairs of panties are needed for one cycle?

Three pairs of underwear are the minimum for an entire cycle, washing the one worn during the day each evening.

Which panties for my flow?

Séléné, if you change your protection less often than every three hours. Artémis, for heavy-flow days. If in doubt, choose the higher level. For a very heavy flow, Hécate is the most absorbent in our range.

How do I choose my size?

If you are unsure about your measurements, use your waist measurement as a guide. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size. Exchanges for another size are free.

Build my pack or choose a ready-made one?

With a customizable pack, you choose each pair of panties and can mix and match styles. The discount is applied automatically: -10% from 3, -15% from 5, and -20% from 7. Ready-made packs are preselected bundles that are cheaper than buying individually. A ready-made pack does not count toward the discount tiers: for 2 pairs of panties, choose a duo; from 3 onward, create your own pack.

How do I care for my panties?

Rinse it in cold water until the water runs clear, squeezing without rubbing hard. In the washing machine, wash it at a maximum of 30 °C with regular detergent and no fabric softener. Avoid Marseille and Aleppo soaps. Air-dry it, never use a tumble dryer or radiator.
