Three combined textile technologies. An absorbent membrane, a waterproof material, silicone seals. All designed to remain functional at all times in water.

A MATERIAL THAT DOES NOT ABSORB WATER.

The main fabric of our swimsuits is waterproof. No swelling when you get out of the water, no baggy effect, the swimsuit stays exactly the same as before swimming.

SILICONE SEALS THAT CREATE A LEAK-PROOF BARRIER.

OEKO-TEX certified silicone bands line the crotch and thigh areas to fit the body closely. They create a true leak-proof barrier while perfectly keeping the swimsuit in place.

How does a Smoon menstrual swimsuit work?

Our swimsuits combine three elements: an absorbent menstrual membrane integrated into the crotch, silicone leak-proof seals around the thighs, and a main waterproof fabric that prevents pool water from coming into contact with the blood. The result: no dispersion in the water, no leaks, no stains. You wear your Smoon swimsuit just like any other swimsuit, with complete peace of mind.

How long can I wear my Smoon swimsuit?

Up to 12 hours, depending on your flow. For very heavy flows, we recommend rinsing it midday if possible. All our swimsuits offer absorption equivalent to 2 to 4 regular tampons, verified in the laboratory.

Which Smoon swimsuit should you choose: one-piece, panties only, or shorts?

The one-piece (Ourania, Naiades, Brizo, Uranie) is ideal for swimming and intense sports. The swim briefs alone (Océanides, Hydriades) can be mixed with the top of your choice, perfect for the beach and pool. The shorts (Cyané, Cyrène) offer maximum coverage, designed for surfing, paddleboarding, and diving. Our customer service can guide you personally.

Was Smoon really developed with professional swimmers?

Yes. Smoon is an official supplier of the French Swimming Federation. Our Ourania swimsuit was designed in collaboration with the professional swimmers of the Orsay Club, who tested it in real training conditions before production.

Can I swim in competitions or chlorinated pools with a Smoon?

Yes. Our swimsuits are resistant to chlorine and seawater. Several competitive swimmers wear Naiades or Ourania for their daily training. To preserve elasticity over time, we recommend rinsing the swimsuit with clear water after each swim.

How to choose the right size?

All our swimsuits are designed to fit very snugly to ensure waterproofness. Refer to your hip and bust measurements, not your usual size. A complete size guide is available on each product page, and our customer service can assist you if you have any doubts. Free returns if the size does not fit.
