CONTEST RULES

Article 1 – Organization
The company Smoon Lingerie, whose registered office is located at 96 avenue de la République, in collaboration with the brand Simone Pérèle, is organizing a giveaway entitled “Smoon x Simone Pérèle – THE GAME”, available on the website https://smoon-lingerie.com/.

Article 2 – Conditions of Participation
The giveaway is open to any natural person of legal age residing in Europe, with the exception of employees of the organizers and their families. Participation is free and without any purchase obligation.

Article 3 – How to Participate
Participants must subscribe to both the Smoon and Simone Pérèle newsletters. Any incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant participation with these rules will be considered invalid.

Article 4 – Selection of Winners
Winners will be randomly selected from the eligible participants. The draw or selection will take place on April 3, 2025.

Article 5 – Prizes
The prizes offered are:
Three menstrual panties from the Smoon x Simone Pérèle collaboration and one Simone Pérèle bra (total value: €300), offered by Smoon Lingerie and Simone Pérèle.

Winners will be notified by email and must confirm their acceptance within 3 days. Failing this, a new winner may be selected.

Article 6 – Prize Delivery
The prizes will be sent by post to the address provided by the winners. Smoon and Simone Pérèle cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during shipping.

Article 7 – Liability
Smoon and Simone Pérèle cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, technical problems, or any incident beyond their control affecting the proper conduct of the giveaway.

Article 8 – Personal Data Protection
The data collected are used exclusively for the organization of the giveaway. In accordance with applicable regulations, each participant has the right to access, rectify, or delete their data by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the end of emails or by contacting contact@smoon-lingerie.com.

Article 9 – Access to the Rules
These rules can be freely consulted on https://smoon-lingerie.com/. A copy may be provided upon simple request to contact@smoon-lingerie.com.

Article 10 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
