Our models size normally. Also we recommend that you go with the size you usually wear. Indeed, it is important that the absorbent area is well adjusted to accompany all your movements and thus avoid leaks.
Our teenage sizes have been designed specifically for young girls and are narrower around the hips and thighs: if you are already formed, consult our size charts and head for the equivalent adult sizes!
If you are between two sizes, do not hesitate to take your measurements and refer to the table below.

Your Ara menstrual panties are invisible under clothing and offer up to 12 hours of protection , without odor or feeling of humidity.
The medium flow cotton panties are easily recognizable with their green elastic!

La culotte menstruelle en coton Ara est certifiée OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 : certificat n°CQ 1285/1 ou CQ1285/2.
Elles sont ensuite assemblées en Tunisie, pays reconnu pour son savoir faire en lingerie.

Composition & entretien
- To begin with, we recommend you washing your organic cotton menstrual panties before you wear them for the first time ! And after each use, rinse them in cold water.
- To wash them, you can choose to hand wash them or machin wash them at 30°C maximum.
- Then air dry you high waisted period pants !
To avoid: greasy detergents and soaps (e.g. Marseille soap), fabric softener and the tumble dryer. For more information, see our care guide!
