- To begin with, we recommend washing your menstrual shorts before you wear them for the first time! And after each use, rinse it with cold water.
- To wash it, prefer machine washing at 30°C maximum.
- Then air dry your shorts!
Avoid: greasy detergents and soaps (e.g. Marseille soap), fabric softener and the tumble dryer.

How do you wash menstrual shorts?
Several steps are necessary to wash the period shorty so that it retains its effective absorbency for as long as possible.
First of all, you can rinse your period panties with cold water in order to drain the blood from them. Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. Do not use any products at this stage.
Then, wash your menstrual shorty in the washing machine at 30 degrees maximum (or cold) with your usual detergent. Avoid the products which clog up, like

Finally, let your period shorts air dry. Do not use a tumble dryer, it could damage the fibers of your menstrual panties.
