Delivery
Delivery services
The products on sale on the site are delivered via the services of the Post Office, Mondial Relay, Chronopost and Delivengo according to the option chosen by the customer at the time of the validation of his order.
Delivery method
The Products are delivered to the customer's domicile or to any other address of the customer's choice indicated on the delivery form at the time the order is placed, provided that the address is in a country in which Smoon delivers.
Shipping costs
Delivery charges are calculated on a flat-rate basis according to the number of Products and the delivery address of each Order, and automatically include postage and packing. The amount of the delivery costs is indicated in the Order Basket, in the Order summary and on the invoice.
Delivery time
The time of dispatch of the order is indicated to the customer in the order confirmation email. This time is an estimate, an email tracking the order is sent to the customer by Smoon as soon as the actual shipping date is known. Exceeding a delivery deadline will not give rise to any damages or deductions of any kind whatsoever, nor to the cancellation of the current Orders when this overrun results either from the customer, or from the fact, unforeseeable and insurmountable, of a third party to the contract, or from a case of force majeure. In the event of a prolonged delay after the dispatch confirmation e-mail has been sent, the purchaser must report this delay within a maximum of fifteen (15) days by sending an e-mail to contact@smoon-lingerie.com.
Delivery status
The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered Product, and to express any reservations on the carrier's delivery slip.
Non-receipt of the order
The customer is obliged to make the necessary arrangements to receive his package. In case of non-delivery, the package will be returned by the carrier to Smoon. The refund of the Product(s) will be made as soon as possible. However the shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the customer would benefit from free shipping, a deduction of 5€ will be applied to the amount to be refunded to the customer.
In the case of a delivery in a relay point, if the parcel is not collected within the time limit, a contribution to the delivery costs of 5€ will be requested.
Right of withdrawal
For any purchase made from another territory than metropolitan France, Belgium or Luxembourg, or during a fair, a trade show, a temporary store or a market, the return costs will be charged to the Customer. The Customer can send back the ordered articles, at Smoon, at his expenses, accompanied by his form of retraction, the invoice or the delivery order, at the following address SMOON LINGERIE, 96 avenue de la république, 75011 PARIS.
Exchange
Maximum time
You can make your exchange request within a maximum of 30 days after the date of receipt of your order.
From Metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg
Return shipping is free. For this, please fill in the return form with your order number (5 digit number in the order confirmation email). All you have to do is select the item(s) concerned, specify the reasons for the return and the products you wish to exchange. Then, you will receive an email with a link to download your Colissimo label. To send us back the products (not worn, not washed), please follow the following steps:
1. Place the products in the original envelope (if not, choose a similar size envelope or box)
2. Carefully close the envelope and stick the return label
3. Drop off your package at the post office, making sure to keep your proof of deposit.
Once the products have been returned, received and checked by our team, we will proceed with the exchange within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the products by Smoon, and subject to their eligibility.
From abroad
Returns are at your expense. To notify us of your return, fill in the return form and follow the instructions:
1. Place the product(s) in the original envelope (if not, choose a similar size envelope or box)
2. Carefully close the envelope, put postage on the package and send it to the following address

3. Drop off your package at the post office, making sure to keep your proof of deposit.
Once the products have been returned, received and checked by our team, we will proceed with the exchange within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the products by Smoon, and subject to their eligibility.
From Switzerland
For orders from Switzerland, only refunds are accepted.
Reimbursement
Maximum time
You can request a refund within a maximum of 30 days after the date of receipt of your order.

All that remains is to select the item(s) concerned and specify the reasons for the return.
Then, you will receive an email with a link to download your Colissimo label.
To return the products to us (unworn, unwashed), please follow these steps:

3. Drop off your package at the post office, making sure to keep your proof of delivery.
Once the products have been returned, received and checked by our team, the refund will be made within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the products by Smoon, and subject to their eligibility for refund.
From abroad
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Fill in the return form with your order number (5-digit number in the order confirmation email).

From Switzerland
Pour la Suisse, les frais de retours suisses seront à votre charge et seules les demandes de remboursement seront acceptées. Des droits de douane, taxes locales, droits d’importation ou taxes d’Etat, sont susceptibles d’être exigés à réception du retour et seront déduits du montant à rembourser.
